Always adventurous, Jessica found her
way to Wyoming after graduating from the University of
Washington School of Law in 1996 and has practiced here
since. Professionally, she has brought over 15 cases to
trial. No stranger to oral argument, she has had much
success in front of the Wyoming Supreme Court. Her legal
practice has evolved over the last 10 years to one of
solid, sophisticated litigation in a variety of complex
legal fields. Her attention to detail and appreciation
for the law fuels her transactional work as well.
Jessica lends thoughtful advice to her business clients
in "litigation avoidance" and helps them maintain
proactive business practices that lead them to succeed.
Jessica’s professionalism, efficiency, and belief in her
clients is complemented by her love of Wyoming and the
outdoors.
Courtnee Wilhite
Raised in Hershey, PA

Courtnee works as Jessica’s legal
assistant and paralegal. She has been with the firm
since its opening in 2004. Since then, she has brought
seven cases to trial or to the trial-ready phase. She
has finalized over one hundred briefs in both district
and federal courts. As “keeper of the documents,”
Courtnee exercises extensive file management in complex,
document-intensive cases. She also excels in client and
witness relations, an integral part of her job as legal
assistant.
Elizabeth Heckles
Raised in Lancaster, PA
University of Delaware, B.S. 1991
Liz is our litigation consultant and an
integral part of our litigation team, having assisted
our firm on a number of complex cases. With a specialty
in statistical analysis, Liz turns the hay bales of
documents into a golden thread of sophisticated
evidentiary reports. Additionally, she prepares
graphically designed summaries for use in deposition
preparation, oral argument, and trial.
