 Firm Profile

Vincent & Rutzick, LLC is a litigation firm specializing in complex trial work. We focus on obtaining just compensation for workers injured in the oil fields, but also provide solutions for individuals and businesses. No matter what the dispute, we zealously and expeditiously work towards the best results for our clients. We do this by pursuing our client’s legitimate claims in court.

Our areas of practice include plaintiff's personal injury, land use and development litigation, complex business and commercial litigation. We focus on helping people who have been injured or killed as a result of unsafe working conditions.

Vincent & Rutzick, LLC formed in December of 2009, merging the law firms of John R. Vincent and Jessica Rutzick. John and Jessica's diverse backgrounds and effective partnership yield successful results in district and federal courts across the state. Together, John and Jessica offer a vast amount of trial experience and intelligent legal strategy and reasoning.

Vincent & Rutzick, LLC carries on the services of The Vincent Law Office in Riverton and Jessica Rutzick & Associates, PC in Jackson Hole. In both locations you will find the comforts of a small office – we are available, personable, and reliable. However, our clients also receive the resources of a large firm with quality work, thorough research, attention to detail, and support in the form of litigation consulting and well-qualified expert witnesses. We are dedicated to representing people and thrive on the relationships we develop with our clients.

Our primary focus is to protect our client's interests and we pride ourselves on our compassionate, yet aggressive representation.
